This picture was taken in March, 2005, at our Clay County Seniors partner and volunteer award program where State Bank of Hawley (sponsor) and 2nd Battalion 136th Mechanized Infantry members are being recognized for their support of this project.
Pictures were taken at the National Guard Armory home of the 2nd Battalion 136th Mechanized Infantry located at 1032 N. 12th Street in Moorhead, MN, where the Clay County Seniors NAPS program conducts monthly food distribution.

This picture shows volunteers and participants in the NAPS Program who joined in the volunteer recognition.
One person in subsidized housing commented, “I don’t know what I would do if I didn’t get this food every month.” And, from another person, “Now I have a few extra dollars to spend on other things I need.”
