  • Quality Coaching works alongside child care programs to celebrate their journey through a Quality Rating & Improvement System process.
  • Quality Observations & Assessments use early childhood tools to assess indicators of quality as part of the Quality Rating & Improvement System.
  • Professional Development Training & Advising schedules the in-person training child care educators need for their annual licensing and Quality Rating program, and advises educators on how to advance their careers.
  • Child Care Services Grants provide funds annually and through the Quality Rating program to support start-up and ongoing quality improvements to early childhood programs.
  • Parent Aware Recruitment connects child care programs with the Parent Aware Quality Rating & Improvement Systems.
  • Early Learning Scholarships & Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) help families access and afford child care.
  • New Child Care Start-Up Support assists potential and new educators through the Legally Non-Licensed, Family Child Care, or Child Care Center licensing process.
