Homebuyer Education & Counseling

Successful homeownership is at the heart of thriving, vibrant communities. Families rely on long‐term homeownership as a key asset for building wealth, and communities of successful homeowners are safer, healthier and more civically engaged than majority‐renter communities. That’s why Lakes & Prairies Community Action has partnered with the Minnesota Homeownership Center to provide Homebuyer Education classes and one-on-one counseling to make successful homeownership possible for everyone in our community.
